Adsterra ads, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept. This site sends no ad request, measurement script, session-replay script or cookieless analytics ping of its own before that; the one third-party request made before you answer is Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics beacon, injected by the platform that serves the site. A trailer plays from YouTube only after its separate click, and your consent choice sits in localStorage.
The inline Consent Mode v2 default sets all four storage choices to denied before any config command, and both Adsterra loaders are appended only after acceptance. Measurement ID G-T6DEX0EXGT is configured and gtag.js injected only after acceptance; ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization stay denied. The two Adsterra units on this site are 31730333 (Native Banner) and 31730334 (Social Bar) on website 6123080; the source and network behavior were checked on 14 October 2026.

Third parties
No third-party script is loaded on a first visit before consent. Advertising, analytics and session replay all require acceptance; a video requires its separate play click. Local fonts and facade thumbnails are served from this site.
| Party | When | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Adsterra (bicea.org, *.adsterra.com) | Only after Accept or a saved, unexpired acceptance | Delivery of the two ad units on this site (Native Banner 31730333 and Social Bar 31730334 on website 6123080), including impression and click counts and connection information such as IP address; adult formats are switched off for this website |
| Google Analytics (www.googletagmanager.com, *.google-analytics.com) | Only after Accept or a saved, unexpired acceptance | Visit and page statistics, including connection information and browser/device data; advertising signals disabled |
| Microsoft Clarity (www.clarity.ms, *.clarity.ms) | Only after Accept or a saved, unexpired acceptance | Heatmaps and session recordings of page interaction, including connection information and browser/device data |
| YouTube / Google (www.youtube-nocookie.com) | Only after you click a trailer | Video player, playback requests and playback telemetry |
| Google video delivery (*.googlevideo.com) | Only inside the player after a trailer click | Streams video and audio |
| YouTube images (i.ytimg.com, yt3.ggpht.com) | Only inside the player after a trailer click | Video preview and channel images; the initial facade thumbnails are local |
| Google player resources (www.google.com, www.gstatic.com, fonts.gstatic.com, jnn-pa.googleapis.com) | Only inside the player after a trailer click | Player scripts, integrity checks, interface icons and fonts |
| Cloudflare | On every request, including before you answer the consent bar | Website delivery, security, DNS and Email Routing, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics: a cookieless aggregate beacon that the platform injects into every page it serves, with no cross-site tracking; not an advertising or session-replay provider |
Cookies and localStorage
Our script writes two localStorage keys: pf_consent, a JSON object with your choice (granted or denied), a timestamp, and the retention length, which we keep for 180 days before asking again; and pf_adbar_hidden, set to 1 when you use Hide ad bar in the footer, which keeps the floating Adsterra Social Bar from being requested on later visits until you use Show ad bar. We do not set a first-party cookie for consent. Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl) is treated as denied and stored the same way, and it also keeps the ad loaders unrequested. A Do Not Track header does not start an ad auction here either, because the ad scripts are appended only from a stored acceptance.
Adsterra is the advertising seller on this site. Reject means its loader is never appended, so bicea.org is not requested and no Adsterra cookie is set. After acceptance, Adsterra may set cookies or local identifiers on its own domains to count impressions, limit repeat delivery and filter invalid traffic, and it receives connection information such as your IP address. Adsterra documents its own cookies at https://help-publishers.adsterra.com/en/articles/6144870-cookies-policy and its data practices at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/ . Advertising opt-outs from participating vendors are listed at https://www.youronlinechoices.com/ .
Google Analytics 4 is not loaded before acceptance and does not send cookieless pings on an initial or rejected visit. After acceptance it may write first-party _ga and _ga_<container> cookies to distinguish visits, and send page and device information to Google. This site configures GA cookie expiry to 180 days with automatic expiry refresh disabled. Analytics report data is separate from cookie expiry; contact us to request deletion of personal information. The ad storage flags stay denied either way.
Microsoft Clarity sits behind the same choice. Reject means the clarity.ms loader is never requested, so no session is recorded and no Clarity cookie is written. After acceptance it may write first-party _clck and _clsk cookies and upload session interaction data, such as clicks, scrolling and the text visible in the recorded page, to Microsoft. Recordings are masked for sensitive content by the tool, and Microsoft keeps them under its own retention rules. Choosing Reject later stops the recording and denies analytics storage; reload the page to drop the already-loaded script.
The trailer uses YouTube privacy-enhanced mode, but that does not mean a click makes no third-party requests. After playback starts, YouTube and Google receive connection information such as your IP address and playback events, and may use their own cookies or storage. No exact third-party cookie name is asserted here because it can vary. Before the click, the facade thumbnail is hosted on this site and no player iframe exists.
Accept and Reject control analytics, not whether you expressly ask to play a video. A trailer still requires its own click even after Accept; Reject does not prevent that explicit video request. Cookie settings changes your stored choice but cannot undo data already sent. Switching to Reject sets the Google Analytics opt-out flag and denies analytics storage; reload to remove the already-loaded analytics code or player. Existing GA cookies are not deleted automatically. You may remove this site’s cookies using your browser’s site settings.
Legal basis, retention, and rights
Publishing these guides is our legitimate interest. Advertising and analytics run only after you accept, and the default is denied; the Google ad storage flags are never granted on this site because no Google ad product runs here. Email you send to contact@permafrost.top is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing so we can read it. We keep that correspondence long enough to answer and to document a correction, then delete it when the thread is finished, unless a dispute requires a longer copy.
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of mail you sent us, and you can object to a new use of that mail. Use contact@permafrost.top. You can also complain to a data-protection authority where you live. We do not run accounts, so there is no profile to export.
We do not sell personal information. The ad units on this site are supplied by Adsterra and load only after you accept, so a rejection, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps them off. Opt-out pages: https://www.youronlinechoices.com/ and https://optout.aboutads.info/ (industry-wide, for participating vendors), plus https://adssettings.google.com/ for Google services, which does not cover Adsterra. Cookie settings on this site reopen the consent bar.
Changes to this policy are published on this URL with a new updated date. The date at the top of the page is that notice.
Questions
Do you use cookies for ads?
Adsterra, the only advertising seller on this site, sets nothing on arrival: its loader is appended only after you accept. Once accepted, Adsterra may set cookies or local identifiers on its own domains for impression counting, repeat-delivery limiting and invalid-traffic filtering, and it receives connection information such as your IP address. Google Analytics may set _ga cookies and Microsoft Clarity may set first-party _clck and _clsk cookies after the same acceptance. The only local keys our own script writes are pf_consent (your choice, 180 days) and pf_adbar_hidden (whether you hid the floating ad bar).
How do I change my choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. The bar stores the new choice for 180 days.
